Therapy allows the person(s) to discuss personal areas of one’s life that needs attention and growth. It allows you to have a safe space to express your needs, to be heard, validated, and learn skills and tools to help manage ones’ distress.

Ian offers guidance and supports his client’s need to experience positive change and growth while drawing upon a variety of modalities to help them get there. Ian is a conscientious, caring, and compassionate therapist who empowers all clients to see their strengths and take steps to their own changes and healing. Because the nature of therapy relies on the relationship between the client and therapist, it is important that the client and therapist are a good fit. An initial complimentary consultation provides you with an opportunity to experience the process of psychotherapy as well as determine compatibility between yourself and the therapist.
